As I prepared myself to step into the second half of my year, I began to look at ways to be less focused on myself and more aware of others around me. I began to think, what can I do to assist others? I love to journal, so I figured, hey, why not create a free, self-care journal.

This is a really neat journal, and you can download as many copies or print as many copies as you like to monitor how well, you're taking care of yourself.
There are five pages total with the cover. I read somewhere that if you're actively attempting weight loss, weigh yourself each day to monitor sodium, water, and other intakes.
I don't need that kind of negativity in my life.
However, it would be fitting to chart your sleep for a week and see what's is going on.
